How to request a refund

Email us at thewarmious@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number. We will reply with return instructions.

Conditions

Return the item in a reasonable condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away with photos and we will make it right.
